Resolved Question: Can anyone with medical background answer 7 weeks pregnant?

Hi after miscarrying my id twin girls at 18 weeks due to twin to twin transfusion at the end of may myself and my partner started trying to conceive straight away finally fell pregnant I'm 7 weeks gone had a scan today baby has heartbeat and is perfect size etc but they said I have a small bleed it's not near the baby but they want to scan me in a week saying there's a 10% chance of misscarriage I was in tears when I left I can't lose another baby what's happening???what is this blood??...
